Service Policy

These service notes keep appointment requests clear before the business confirms the detail. Final legal review is recommended before relying on this as formal policy.

Appointment requests

Submitting the form and paying the booking deposit does not automatically confirm an appointment. The business confirms availability, service area, final scope, and timing by reply.

Booking deposit and cancellation

Online booking requires a $50 PayPal deposit that is applied toward the final service total. You may cancel up to 2 hours before the confirmed appointment start time for a full deposit refund. Cancellations less than 2 hours before the confirmed appointment may forfeit the deposit.

Pricing confirmation

Displayed package prices are standard menu prices. Final pricing may change based on vehicle size, condition, add-ons, stains, pet hair, paint contamination, access needs, or special requests.

Mobile access

Mobile detailing requires safe parking, enough space around the vehicle, workable weather, suitable lighting, and any water or power access agreed on before arrival.

Customer prep

Customers should remove personal items, valuables, documents, child seats, and loose belongings before the appointment. The business is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

Rescheduling

If weather, access, customer timing, or vehicle condition prevents service, the appointment may need to be rescheduled or adjusted after direct communication.

Results

Detailing can greatly improve cleanliness and appearance, but some stains, odors, oxidation, scratches, or defects may not be fully removable without additional work.
