Appointment requests
Submitting the form does not automatically confirm an appointment. The business confirms availability, service area, final scope, price, and timing through an appointment confirmation email or direct contact.
Payment and cancellation
No payment is due with the public appointment form. After the business approves the scope, quote, and tentative schedule, it may send one official request for a $50 reservation deposit. The deposit is credited toward the service total. Cancel at least 2 hours before the confirmed start for a full deposit refund; later cancellations forfeit the deposit. Contact the business promptly to cancel or reschedule.
Pricing confirmation
A limited-time price is labeled with its end date and the standard price that begins afterward. Final pricing may change based on vehicle size, condition, add-ons, stains, pet hair, paint contamination, access needs, or special requests. The approved quote controls the final scope and price.
Mobile access
Mobile detailing requires safe parking, enough space around the vehicle, workable weather, suitable lighting, and any water or power access agreed on before arrival.
Customer prep
Customers should remove personal items, valuables, documents, child seats, and loose belongings before the appointment. The business is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.
Rescheduling
If weather, access, customer timing, or vehicle condition prevents service, the appointment may need to be rescheduled or adjusted after direct communication.
24-hour rain clause
If rain occurs within 24 hours of an eligible exterior protection service, contact us within 7 days of the original appointment. We will inspect the exterior and, if the Rain Guard or Top Shield protection was affected, provide the appropriate exterior rewash or correction. This guarantee applies only to eligible exterior protection services and does not cover interior detailing.
Results
Detailing can greatly improve cleanliness and appearance, but some stains, odors, oxidation, scratches, or defects may not be fully removable without additional work.
