When you send an appointment request, the website collects the contact, vehicle, service, timing, city, ZIP, and notes you provide so the business can review and respond to the request.
Email delivery
Paid booking requests may be sent through Resend when email delivery is configured. If email delivery is unavailable, the request is still saved for business follow-up when the dashboard is configured.
Analytics
The website uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page performance and basic conversion activity. Tracked events avoid personal details such as names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, ZIP codes, messages, and request IDs.
Online deposit payments
The website uses PayPal to process the required booking deposit. Payment card and PayPal account details are handled by PayPal and are not stored by this website.
